The postpartum period is a transformational time to heal and grow

🌼 The journey into mamahood entails a lot of transformations for a woman, the partner and the couple.

🌼 Physical changes occur. Responsibilities change. Priorities shift. Hormonal shifts happen.

🌼 Relationships evolve. Routines adjust. Goals and anticipations shift. Identity undergoes a transformation.

🌼 Sleep deprivation happens. Our moods are all over the place. Someone all of a sudden needs us all day long!

🌼 Despite all the big changes mamas are going through, many are left to move through this transition alone which can make this time period confusing, lonely, scary and overwhelming.

Mamas I’m here to tell you that you are not meant to do this alone.

I'm here to tell you that you deserve support, guidance and help through this huge transformational time that you’re experiencing.

You deserve someone who you can turn to for whatever comes up along your journey, whether it be about your child, your relationship, your feelings, your health, ANYTHING.

You deserve to be understood, seen and heard right now.

You deserve to take time to focus on yourself and your wellbeing so you can show up as the best version of yourself for your family. 

Things that we don't deal with don’t just go away; they resurface, especially in this sensitive time period. 

Unprocessed emotions and experiences, stress, anxiety, depression, negativity won’t just go away after birth. They will continue to manifest in different ways, and usually more intensely in the postpartum time. Our children are our teachers and come to show us what we still need to heal, work on and improve.

It’s important to make space to work through your emotions from the past and present so that you can show up as the most loving mama possible for your child. 

You are worthy of the time, energy and investment it takes to feel your best and it's important to focus on your own wellbeing right now.

  • Education and information: my evidence-based information and resources will give you everything you need for the best newborn care, postpartum recovery, possible health issues with baby, sleeping tips and self-care practices to empower new mamas to make informed decisions about their own health and the care of their baby. This includes anything that you’re interested in from cloth diapers to Elimination Communication to co-sleeping with your baby. 

  • Support for the toddler years: As a mama of a toddler myself, I understand how challenging this time period can be. Whether it’s trying to regulate your own emotions or your childs’ emotions, finding the best routines that work for your family or just how to create harmony and peace in your home, I’m here to support you through whatever comes up.
