These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, programs, retreats, accommodations, and other offerings provided by Paradise Wellness Center ("Paradise," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a program, participating in a retreat, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Services
Paradise Wellness Center provides wellness, retreat, educational, coaching, accommodation, and lifestyle services. Depending on the program or service selected, offerings may include:
• Wellness retreats and private retreats
• Supervised therapeutic water fasting programs
• Virtual fasting support and coaching
• Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound journeys, massage, and other wellness activities
• Health and lifestyle coaching
• Raw vegan and fruit-based lifestyle education
• Workshops and personal development activities
• Short-term accommodations and beachfront stays
• Other wellness-related experiences and activities described on our website

2. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Paradise Wellness Center provides wellness education, coaching, lifestyle guidance, and supportive wellness experiences. Unless specifically stated otherwise, our services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information provided through our website, programs, retreats, coaching sessions, or educational materials is for informational and educational purposes only.
Participation in physical activities, fasting, dietary programs, yoga, meditation, excursions, or other wellness activities involves personal responsibility and may involve risks.
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of significant illness, or have any concern about whether a program is appropriate for you, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
For water fasting programs, additional screening, disclosures, health information, and participation requirements may apply. Paradise Wellness Center reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation when we believe that continuing a program may not be appropriate or safe for a participant.
Nothing on our website or in our programs should be understood as a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
3. Water Fasting Programs
Water fasting requires individual consideration and carries potential risks.
Participants in our water fasting programs are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, medications, previous fasting experience, and other information requested during the enrollment process.
Participants must follow the program's participation requirements and communicate honestly about symptoms, changes in their condition, medications, and other relevant circumstances.
Paradise Wellness Center may require a participant to stop fasting or leave a program when, in our judgment, continuing participation is not appropriate.
Additional terms, health disclosures, informed consent documents, or participation agreements may be required before beginning a fasting program. Those documents form part of the agreement between the participant and Paradise Wellness Center.
4. Booking and Reservations
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided by Paradise Wellness Center.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing your reservation details, including dates, accommodation, number of guests, program selection, and payment terms.
Prices and availability may change before a reservation is confirmed.
5. Payments
Payment terms vary depending on the service or program.
The applicable price, deposit, payment schedule, balance due date, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a reservation is not guaranteed until the required payment has been received.
Participants and guests are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, transfer fees, or other charges imposed by their payment provider or financial institution.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific retreat, fasting program, accommodation, or service purchased.
The cancellation and refund terms provided at the time of booking apply to that reservation.
Where a separate written cancellation or participation agreement has been accepted by the participant, those terms will also apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, deposits and payments may be non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed, particularly where accommodation, staffing, food, program preparation, or other services have been committed on the participant's behalf.
We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, interruption, illness, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.
7. Changes, Cancellations, or Program Modifications by Paradise
We make reasonable efforts to provide programs and services as described. However, schedules, activities, instructors, accommodations, excursions, and other program elements may occasionally need to change due to weather, safety considerations, operational circumstances, availability, illness, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a service or program when necessary.
If Paradise Wellness Center cancels a program, we will communicate the available options to affected participants in accordance with the applicable booking terms and applicable law.
8. Accommodation
Guests staying at Paradise Wellness Center or in accommodations offered through us agree to treat the property, furnishings, equipment, staff, other guests, and surrounding environment with respect.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Additional charges may apply for damage, loss of property, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from a guest's actions.
Guests must comply with applicable house rules and reasonable instructions provided by Paradise Wellness Center.
9. Activities and Excursions
Certain activities offered or arranged by Paradise Wellness Center may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to swimming, ocean activities, hiking, surfing, transportation, waterfalls, rafting, ziplining, ATV activities, and other outdoor excursions.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
When third-party providers are used, their own terms, conditions, safety requirements, and liability policies may apply.
10. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding your participation in our programs and activities.
You agree to communicate honestly with our team about relevant health information, limitations, symptoms, injuries, medications, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.
You also agree to follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Paradise Wellness Center and its staff.
11. Assumption of Risk
By participating in our programs, activities, retreats, accommodations, excursions, or wellness experiences, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with your participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the Paradise Wellness Center website, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, educational materials, program descriptions, and other content, is provided for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

13. Intellectual Property

Paradise Wellness Center will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, power or infrastructure failures, civil disturbances, or other extraordinary events.
